Delivery and Payment

Payment

All prices are in euros (EUR). Payment is made securely through PayPal at checkout — with your PayPal balance or with a debit or credit card through PayPal.

If your card or PayPal account is in another currency, PayPal converts the amount at its own exchange rate. Your order is confirmed once the payment is received, and you will get a confirmation email.

Shipping

Every work is shipped from my studio in Belgrade, Serbia, within 5 business days after payment.

Shipping is by registered, insured post. The rate depends on the size of the work (its longest side) and the destination, and is added at checkout:

For works marked "On request", or if you would prefer a courier or another delivery service, please contact me through the form before ordering, and I will prepare an individual offer.

Paintings are wrapped by hand: acid-free paper, protective corners, several layers of bubble wrap and a rigid box. As soon as your work is on its way, you will receive a tracking number. Every shipment is insured for the full value of the work.

Customs and import taxes

Customs duties and import taxes are calculated separately for each shipment, depending on the destination country. If you have questions about your country, write to me before ordering.

If your work arrives damaged

Please write to me right away at hello@kirabat.art, with a few photos of the work and the packaging, and keep the packaging for now. Every shipment is insured — I will take care of it and find the right solution with you: a repair, a replacement or a full refund.

Returns

You can return a work within 14 days of delivery. The details are in the Terms & Conditions, section "Right of withdrawal".
